Charlize began her modeling career in 1991, at 16, when she won a local modeling contest. She started modeling in Europe, and came to New York a year later. She didn't like being a model though, and decided to try her luck with ballet, which had been her biggest passion as a child.   Her first speaking role was as Helga in 2 Days in the Valley (1996), which landed her the role of Tina in That Thing You Do! (1996). Since then, she has starred in movies like The Devil's Advocate (1997); Mighty Joe Young (1998); The Cider House Rules (1999); The Legend of Bagger Vance (2000) and The Italian Job (2003).  She was awarded with her first Academy Award for her performance in Monster (2003).  Second actress (the first was Kim Basinger) to win an Oscar after appearing naked in Playboy magazine.
The Devil's Advocate: A hotshot Florida defense attorney (Keanu Reeves) takes a too-good-to-be-true position with a Manhattan legal partnership headed by the unctuous, powerful, and inappropriately named John Milton (the gleefully evil Al Pacino), who proffers a fabulous Fifth Avenue flat, untold riches, and scuzzy, amoral clients who are guiltier than sin of murder and child molestation.

Reindeer Games: Rudy Duncan (Ben Affleck) is a small-time car thief about to be released from jail in time for Christmas. When his cellmate, Nick, is suddenly killed, Rudy decides to take on his identity in order to meet Nick's beautiful pen-pal girlfriend, Ashley (Charlize Theron). The couple has fun until her psychotic brother, Gabriel (Gary Sinise), shows up. Gabriel and his gang want to hold up a casino where Nick had once worked, and they blackmail Rudy/Nick into going along with the scheme. Rudy has to bluff his way through the crime, pretending to be Nick in order to avoid being killed while trying to sabotage the plans of the bad guys. Will Rudy be able to outsmart the bad guys, or will he end up facedown in the snow? Double crosses abound in this frosty film noir action movie boasting a twisty script by writer Ehren Kruger (SCREAM 3, ARLINGTON ROAD) and assured direction by veteran John Frankenheimer (THE MANCHURIAN CANDIDATE, RONIN), plus a sneaky sense of humor and plenty of Christmas references.
