Going appeared in soap opera roles in the late 1980s, most notably as Lisa Grady on Another World from 1987 to 1989. Throughout the majority of the 1990s and 2000s, she starred in made-for-television movies, feature films and television series, including a new version of Dark Shadows. Her biggest role may be in the 1998 film version of Phantoms

Lola: Inspired by the daring independent films of the 1970s, LOLA centers on a woman's search for herself. Lola (Sabrina Grdevich) isn't happy with her life's direction, but things may soon turn around. She saves a woman's life, though her efforts seem futile as she soon witnesses her murder. But her tragic death prompts Lola not just to be like her, but to be her.
