She was signed to the Ford's Model Talent Division and appeared in several commercials, most notably Clairol, as well as performing in theater productions. After a role in the film Fire with Fire (1986), she landed a job on MTV as a VJ and was a co-host of the show "Remote Control." Has had her breast implants and her tattoos removed. These were: a peacock feather on her shoulder, and her ex-husband's name on her ankle.[2002]

Spider's Web: A scheming young man (Stephen Baldwin) seduces an older business woman (Kari Wuhrer) and convinces her to steal forty million dollars from his wealthy father. As the swindle is set in motion, the two lovers become increasingly distrustful of each other and bodies start piling up. When he sets her up to take the fall for murders he has committed, she turns the tables on him and predator becomes prey in this erotic tale of deadly double-crossings.
